  • Study of mechanochemical reactions of biopolymers (cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, pectin, proteins), which make up the bulk of bio-renewable resources;
  • Investigation of the mechanisms of solid-phase transformations and depolymerization of biopolymers in acid-base, oxidation-reduction, enzymatic reactions;
  • Use of mechanochemical reactions of neutralization, complexation, exchange of phenolic compounds;
  • Practical application of the results obtained in the field of biotechnology, agriculture (in particular, industrial poultry farming), technologies for obtaining products of functional and preventive nutrition, "green" distributed energy.
