If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, we would like to ask you to send us your registration form and your abstract as soon as possible. After you paper is accepted for presentation, we will need about 3 weeks to prepare an official invitation letter, with which you will be able to apply for a visa. The processing of visa applications will also take some time varying from country to country. In this regard, we would like to accelerate the process of preparing an invitation letter for you so that you could apply for your visa well in advance.
In order to make visa arrangements in time, please provide the following information:
- Family name
- Given name(s)
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Country name
- Citizenship

- Position
- Passport number
- Place where visa is to be obtained (city in which there is a Consulate of Russian Federation)
- Copy of the main page of the international passport (with your photo, name, etc.). Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of your trip

Upon receipt of this information, we will send you an official invitation letter that should be presented in a Consulate of Russian Federation in your country as a basis for obtaining a visa.
